"Know your structural vulnerabilities —
before external scrutiny does."
SIRAT is designed, delivered, and signed off personally by Engr. Ibrahim Muntaqa Tijjani Usman — a COREN-registered Civil Engineer, PhD in Environmental Engineering & Management, and active Postdoctoral Research Associate at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), Malaysia.
Every assessment draws on active research-grade methodology. The traceability pillar is anchored in ISO 14040/44 Life Cycle Assessment — applied daily in UKRI-funded international research. The governance and verifiability pillars are grounded in Nigerian regulatory frameworks: COREN Act, PIA 2021, NUPRC, NIMASA, NESREA, and CAMA 2020.
SIRAT is not a checklist produced by a generalist. It is a structured institutional resilience framework — built, tested, and delivered by a registered professional engineer with seven years of research, academic, and industry experience spanning Nigeria, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom.
Each pillar is assessed across five weighted indicators, scored on a 1–5 maturity scale. The weighted sum produces the Institutional Resilience Score (IRS) out of 100.
Each indicator scored on a 1–5 maturity scale · Weighted by pillar · IRS = weighted sum out of 100 · All assessments signed by Engr. I.M.T. Usman, R.COREN
All fees in USD. NGN equivalent accepted at the prevailing CBN rate on the invoice date. 50% mobilisation fee on signing of engagement letter; 50% on delivery of final report.
